Halstead

Challenge

Halstead sought to define their core values through the lens of who they wanted to be for their employees and customers. The goal was to create a north star that every employee could use to direct their decisions.

Approach

We performed an internal company culture audit by interviewing stakeholders ranging from the company’s owners and CEO right through to the brokers and receptionists. The resulting playbook outlined all findings and recommendations.

Learnings

Our culture audit was able to identify – and suggest ways to repair – discrepancies between assumptions on the part of upper management and the needs of those who served as the public face of the company.
